If you would like Dave Rickert as Agent to represent your properties in acquiring a Natural Gas & Oil Lease, Please complete this form. All Owners or Partners of your properties need to sign. The undersigned individuals owners of the properties listed below have entered into a agreement hiring the Lake Irving Group, LLC to market their natural gas and oil, in acquiring a natural gas or oil lease agreement . The Lake Irving Group, LLC will be the exclusive Agent marketing and securing a natural gas or oil lease. This contract will allow the Agent to represent these properties and property owners for a period of Six months from date of signing. The undersigned agrees to grant said Agent the terms of this contract to automatically extend for a additional six months, if not the Agent must be notified by e-mail of cancellation 30 days in advance from the original designated term. A letter of intent to lease or any other agreement pertaining to gas & oil exploration / development will automatically extend this agreement, beyond the preliminary term, until the offer is either accepted or rejected by the undersigned property owners. Any offers accepted by the property owner's where the Agent is the procuring cause, the Agent will be entitled to a 2% commission of Bonus money paid Only. The undersigned here by agrees not to use any offers or information provided by the Agent as lever age to acquire another offer from any other gas & oil company. Property owners agrees to confidentiality for this term of negotiations. A procuring cause of natural gas and oil lease provided by the Lake Irving Group, LLC as Landowner Agent the undersigned agrees to compensate the Agent the sum of 2% of the upfront Bonus monies Paid to the property owners Only! The Lake Irving Group, LLC as Landowner Agent, Positively makes No Claim to Royalty monies or any other rentals Paid to the Property Owners. Property owners acknowledge that payment of compensation to Agent is due within 10 business days upon payment of any natural gas and oil lease provided by this Agent.
