The Lake Irving Group LLC, is a company that purchases exclusive options from Home and Property Owners at an agreed upon price, for resale purposes. These options will be for a fixed period of time. A Non-Refundable Deposit will be paid for an option, and will be credited towards the purchase price when the option is exercised.

§ 35.202. Exclusions from the act.
(3) An officer or employee of a partnership or corporation whose principal business is the discovery,
extraction, distribution or transmission of energy or mineral resources, if the purchase, sale or lease of
real estate is a common and necessary transaction in the conduct of the principal business.
